Smoking is not permitted in the property.

Stair gates not provided. High chair / travel cot can be rented locally if required.

There is no phone in the property but all mobile networks have a good signal.

From the car park there are three steps up to the front door of the propery and from here 1 step up to the door. 1 step over the threshold takes you into the house and into the hallway.  The lounge area, kitchen and cloakroom are all on one level. From the lounge there are 12 steep stairs which turn to the right up to the first floor with bathroom with a bath with a shower above, washbasin and WC, 2 x double bedrooms (4ft 6” bed), 1 x bunk beds room and an ensuite with a shower, w/c and sink.
